Semaine de solidarité sans frontières du 9 au 16 juin 2008

Ivan, Bruno et Damien sont interpellés le 19 janvier 2008 sur la route les menant à la manifestation vers le centre de rétention de Vincennes (près de Paris), en possession de fumigènes artisanaux et de clous tordus (crève pneus). Arrêtés, ils refusent l’identification par empreintes et par ADN. Deux sont placés en détention, un est sous contrôle judiciaire.

Deux autres personnes sont arrêtées le 23 janvier par la douane, lors d’un contrôle routier près de Vierzon. Dans leur coffre, du chlorate, des plans d’une prison pour mineurs (EPM) et des manuels de sabotage. Elles sont incarcérées sous une juridiction spéciale : l’antiterrorisme. Les flics les accusent d’avoir eu l’intention de s’attaquer à un EPM et pour l’une des deux, d’une tentative de sabotage sur un véhicule de police.

Aujourd’hui, tous les cinq sont mis en examen pour « détention et transport de substances explosives ou incendiaires » et « association de malfaiteurs en vue d’une entreprise terroriste ». Quatre d’entre eux sont incarcérés depuis quatre mois.

Le mandat de dépôt de deux d’entre eux vient d’être reconduit pour quatre mois supplémentaires par les juges anti-terroriste, tandis qu’une autre a déjà un mandat d’un an.

Des récentes mutineries dans les centres de rétention en grève avec occupation de leur lieu de travail par des centaines de sans-papiers, cela rappelle à tous qu’exploitation et enfermement sont liés. Non seulement par le développement du travail en prison ou l’aspect toujours plus carcéral des conditions d’exploitation, mais aussi parce que l’incarcération (des sans-papiers, des mineurs, de ceux qui s’obstinent à survivre hors du salariat ou de tout ennemi de l’intérieur) est une des menaces qui permet à tous d’accepter des conditions d’exploitation toujours plus infâmes.

La nécessaire solidarité avec les prisonniers ne peut pas être exclusivement matérielle. Elle se constitue aussi de toutes les luttes, de tous les actes et résistances qui s’opposent et s’attaquent à la bonne marche de l’Etat et du Capital. Elle se veut également une extension et une intensification de la révolte...

Qu’il s’agisse de fumigènes allumés à Dijon, Grenoble, Toulouse ou Paris, de banderoles déployées, d’organismes liés aux expulsions attaqués, de tags et de blocages dans les rues ou d’une émission de radio perturbée, plusieurs actes de solidarité se sont déjà déroulés un peu partout. L’idée d’une semaine de solidarité entre le 9 et le 16 juin est d’intensifier à cette période divers actes solidaires qui pourront se répondre et qui ne s’arrêteront peut-être pas là...

Solidarité avec les deux de Vierzon, avec Bruno, Ivan, Damien et les autres ! Liberté pour tous les prisonniers, avec ou sans papiers ! Liberté pour toutes et tous !

Week of Solidarity without Borders 9 to 16 June 2008

19th of January 2008 - Ivan Bruno and Damien are stopped by police on their way to a demonstration going to the retention centre for immigrants in Vincennes (near Paris). They had home-made smoke bombs and torn nails (crow’s-feet) with them. They were arrested and taken to the police station where they refused identification through finger prints and DNA. Two were imprisoned ; the third one was placed under judicial surveillance.

23rd of January 2008 - Two other persons are arrested during a road control by the border police nearby Vierzon. In the trunk, police finds chlorate, plans of a juvenile prison (EPM) and manuals for sabotage. They are imprisoned under a special jurisdiction : anti-terrorism. The cops accuse them of having wanted to attack an EPM, one of them is also accused of trying to sabotage a police vehicle.

The five were now all put under investigation for "possession and transport of explosive or inflammable material" and "criminal association with terrorist ends". Four of them are already four months in prison.

For two of them, the preventive arrest has been recently prolonged for four months by the anti-terrorist judges while for one of them, a decision has already been taken for a preventive detention of one year.

From the recent mutinies in the detention centers of immigrants to the strikes during which hundreds of people without papers occupied the working places : all this reminds everyone that exploitation and imprisonment are linked. Not only by the development of labor inside prisons or the always more and more prison-like aspect of the conditions of exploitation, but also because imprisonment (of people without papers, youngsters, those who try to survive outside of wage labor or the internal enemy) is one of the threats that makes the acceptance of always more miserable conditions of exploitation possible.

The necessary solidarity with the prisoners cannot be exclusively material. Solidarity consists also of the struggles, of all acts and resistance who oppose and attack the easy going of State and Capital. Solidarity means also the extension and intensification of the revolt...

From smoke bombs being lit in Dijon, Grenoble, Toulouse and Paris ; banners being hung out ; organisms linked with deportations which are attacked ; tags and street blockades to a radio program being disturbed : a bit everywhere solidarity actions already took place. The idea of a week of solidarity without borders from the 9th to the 16th of June is to intensify diverse solidarity actions during this period who can spread and maybe not end there...

Solidarity with the two from Vierzon, with Bruno, Ivan, Damien and the others ! Freedom for all prisoners, with or without papers ! Freedom for all !

Week van solidariteit zonder grenzen 9 tot 16 juni 2008

Op 19 januari 2008 werden Ivan, Bruno en Damien aangehouden terwijl ze onderweg waren naar de betoging aan het gesloten asielcentrum in Vincennes (vlakbij Parijs). Ze hadden artisanale rookbommen en verwrongen nagels (kraaiepoten) bijzich. Ze werden meegenomen naar het politiekantoor waar ze identificatie via vingerafdrukken en DNA weigerden. Twee werden opgesloten in de gevangenis, de derde staat onder juridisch toezicht.

Op 23 januari werden twee andere mensen aangehouden door de douane tijdens een wegcontrole vlakbij Vierzon. In de koffer van hun auto vindt de politie chloraat, plannen van een jeugdgevangenis (EPM) en sabotagehandleidingen. Ze worden opgesloten onder speciale jurisdictie : het anti-terrorisme. De flikken beschuldigen hen ervan een EPM te hebben willen aanvallen en voor één van hen, een poging tot sabotage van een politievoertuig.

Alle vijf staan momenteel onder onderzoek voor "bezit en transport van explosief of brandbaar materiaal" en "criminele associatie met terroristische doeleinden". Vier van hen zitten al vier maanden in de gevangenis.

Het preventief aanhoudingsbevel voor twee onder hen werd onlangs verlengd met vier maanden door de anti-terrorisme rechters terwijl voor er voor één van hen reeds een preventief aanhoudingsbevel van één jaar is.

Van de recente opstanden in de asielcentra tot de staking tijdens dewelke honderden sans-papiers de werkplaatsen bezet hebben, herinnert allen eraan dat uitbuiting en opsluiting verbonden zijn. Niet alleen door de uitbouw van arbeid in de gevangenis of van het alsmaaar grotere gevangenisaspect van de uitbuitingsomstandigheden, maar ook omdat de opsluiting (van sans-papiers, jongeren, diegnenen die proberen overleven buiten de loonarbeid of elke binnenlandse vijand) één van de dreigingen is toelaat dat alsmaar ellendigere uitbuitingsomstandigheden aanvaard worden.

De noodzakelijke solidariteit met de gevangenen kan niet exclusief materieel zijn. Ze bestaat ook uit alle strijden, alle daden en alle verzet die zich kanten tegen de normale gang van zaken van Staat en Kapitaal, en hen aanvallen. Solidariteit betekent ook een uitbreiding en intensifiëring van de revolte...

Of het nu gaat over rookbommen die aangestoken worden in Dijon, Grenoble, Toulouse en Parijs ; spandoeken die ontrold worden ; organen die te maken hebben met deportaties die aangevallen worden ; graffiti’s en straatblokkades of een radio-uitzending die verstoord wordt : er vonden zowat overal reeds vele solidariteitsacties plaats. Het idee van een solidariteitsweek van 9 tot 16 juni is om tijdens deze periode verschillende solidaire acties te intensifiëren die zich kunnen verspreiden en misschien daar niet zullen stoppen...

Solidariteit met de twee van Vierzon, met Bruno, Ivan, Damien en de anderen ! Vrijheid voor alle gevangenen, met of zonder papieren ! Vrijheid voor allen !
